Herbal Teas for Stomach Pain – Recipe #1

Ingredients:
SPEARMINT Leaves, crushed 1 tea spoon
Water 2 cups

Directions:
Combine the spearmint leaves and the water and raise the mixture to a boil in a covered container. Remove from the heat and let the tea stand for 15 minutes. Strain the decoction before drinking.

Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Dosage: 1-2 cups a day.

Ingredients:
Cardamom, powdered 1 g
Fennel seeds, powdered 1 g
Mint leaves, ground 1g
Water 2 cups

Directions:
Boil the herb mixture in 2 cups water in a covered pan for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow it to stand for 15 minutes before straining.

Preparation time: boiling time 15 minutes; standing time 15 minutes.
Dosage: ½ cup, twice a day.

Herbal Teas for Stomach Pain – Recipe #3

Ingredients:
Coriander powder ½ tea spoon
Ginger powder ½ tea spoon
Boiling water 1 cup

Directions:
Combine equal parts of the powdered herbs to make 1 teaspoon of herb mixture. Pour boiling water over it, Cover and allow the tea to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Strain, and the tea is ready.

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes.

Dosage: 1 cup, twice a day.
